More Illegally Placed Signs?
These signs aren't in front of a home or business so there is only one way they could have gotten here...a campaign worker...who clearly should have known better or been instructed on proper placement. It begs the question again, if Gary Comegys will turn a blind eye to this when it is in the open, what would he do behind closed doors?

Are we as citizens allowed to tear these signs down if placed illegally?
I would be careful because even though they look like empty lots it still could be private property. The one looks like it is on the edge of a storm water management pond which would be owned by the developer or homeowners association.
Be careful of what?
Private property is private property and if you go on it without permission that trespassing. People have a right to choose the candidate they want and have the right to put up a sign if they want to on their private property.

Leave the signs along. All Bubba has is signs. He certainly has no plan. He is definitely not equipped to run this city or even a small town. Bubba got no game.

Yes, you are allowed to pick up trash. Obviously no one has the balls to do so since the signs have been there for over 3 weeks now.

Bullcrap, tear them all down and throw them in the dumpster. They are littering our streets like he is littering our city.
By keeping those signs up you are allowing the misinformed to vote for him based on name recognition. Believe me there are many misguided and misinformed individuals in this city.

Here you go; If Gary Comegy’s was the only person running for a council seat neither Salisbury firefighter, career or volunteer would vote him! Gary is the biggest piece of shit to ever walk through the doors of Salisbury Fire Department. Bubba is bubba plain and simple don’t vote Bubba!

We all know when and why he was called Choo Choo. Does anyone remember the Baby Duck Lounge? He used to hang out at Station 2 while he was working and pestor the paid duty crew all day. We used to call the SHA to complain on him and Donnie Drewer wouldn't do anything about it.
Stupid is as stupid does. Man that glove fits Gary, uh duh, like a glove. We need to work on a stratagy to get louise to resign and we can give Tim Spies. I can see some very good things coming out of this.
Anyone associated with Barry Tighlman is toast in this election.
It's not going to be a landlord's election this year. The binds that have been tying student hands behind their backs day's are over.
Myself and a member of the student government are getting scheduled to take a ride with one of Mike Lewis' staff one night soon.
I hope it's a Friday or Saturday night all night, and see what's really shaking here.
Nice to know we have a bunch of people ready to take away the peoples right to free speech. I personally am not voting for the guy but even Gary has rights whether you like it or not.

And illegally placing campaign signs ain't one of them.
I see most of those signs on empty property or vacant rental houses. I sure wouldn't rent a house with a Comegys, Shields sign in the front yard. It's like a warning, if you fall for it shame on you.
I found his signs on two of my properties and I put them where the belong, in the trash. If I find one more of his signs on any of my properties I will personally deliver them to him at the next city council meeting.
