Last week when the States Attorney's Office was hosting a Press Conference on a drug bust, Chief Webster threatened to walk out of the Press Conference if they allowed Joe Albero to be present.
Ever since his lawsuit started against me, notice how the Salisbury Police Department hasn't had one single Press Conference at Police Headquarters. This is because the Judge DID consider Salisbury News Main Stream Media and the City must allow me to be present at any such said Press Conferences. Granted, I was not protected by the Shield Law because I never took a salary from Salisbury News. However, the Judge did consider me MSM.
Webster has made sure nothing has been held in their location because he knows I'll be tipped off immediately and proceed to walk through the doors. If they deny me, there will be an immediate lawsuit so rather than getting in a pickle, they have chosen to host Press Conferences elsewhere and then he threatens to walk out if I show up. WAH, WAH, WAH!
While I was invited to attend, I chose to be the bigger and better man and stayed away from the last one. However, I can assure you, this will not happen again. Chiefy is just going to have to get used to the fact that this City IS big enough for the two of us and his little baby games just ended.
There was a more recent situation where Chiefy challenged a friend of mine with being in my presence and quite frankly this didn't sit very well with my friend either. Webster's obsession with me is clearly making him look like a fool and extremely immature. Grow up Chief! How many times will you be called a LOSER before you get the fact that no one supports you?
Oh, so all of you know. The Press Conference I didn't attend because of Chiefy's Hissy Fit, I still had the news out hours before anyone else.

Let me get this straight. Chief Webster who is ruled by the Mare, Barrie Tilghman tells the States Attorney, Davis Ruark that he can not allow you in a press conference or he will leave? Wow, now the MARE is dictating at the state level and they are doing as told.
I never thought I'd see the day where Davis Ruark or anyone not working for the city would bow down to the MARE or her flunkies. It looks like Davis Ruark doesn't have the backbone to tell them to go back to hell from whence they came. So sad. There goes my vote for Ruark right out the proverbial window. We need a person that won't be manipulated by the city's goon squad in that office.
So why go to any of them if you still get the info out. Your just a cocksucker.

I think you should go to each and every one, and if the Chief of SPD leaves, so be it.
A chief of police who can't handle the unpleasantness of being in the same room with someone he can't stand is NOT someone who stand up to criminals or creates the image for the city that lowers crime.
This is just your side of the story, of course. But even with your megabloopers from time to time, it would not surprise me at all for this to be true.
What I do not understand is the belief the Chiefy presence at a new conference or a crime scene is of any importance.
I do not know if the Chiefy was ever a "good" cop but I do know he has always been a failure as a Chief of Police.
The Salisbury City Police, is fortunate to have good men and women working there. The employees continue to struggle to do their best as they await a new and competent Chief.

I think I have the real story here. Al Webster and barrie Tilghman are in fact the same person. Only the trained eye could see this. It is a Hollywood double take. I saw Webster changing his shirt in the locker room and they were taped down for sure!!!! It has to be the same person. In his locker was a complete mare costume. Ahhhhhhh I have solved this csae. I am all about letting the people speak, BUT calling Joe a bad name is not helping the cause. Joe has my respect even though I don't always agree with him. He's got a lot of guts to stand up to the Chief. Keep up the good work. Someone has to be the voice for the rest of us.
bet dem jack-n-cokes tastin' good right about now. he's such a slacker his own staff doesn't like him, i know 2 and that's a fact. but they have a family they must allow themselves to be humiliated and abused by this slacker and his minions because they need to feed their kids too. i also believe there is a mole in spd, tipping off people, if not they just have a big mouth, loose lips, sink ships. could we have an addict or someone on the take on the force? i know many city employees that couldn't past a drug test, a few up there in status too if you know what i mean? are city employees even required to take a drug test?
actually one of the officers told me he's scared to go to work everyday. was't it the camden association that requested a police escort so they could do a neighborhood walk, read it in gannetts daily crapper? the officer told them it still wasn't safe with an armed law enforcement escort? did i read that right?

the mole i was talking about is/are tipping off drug dealers. may not actually be a mole per say, however may be talking about an investigation that they should be with holding sensitive information until they make an arrest. thats what i meant by loose lips sink ships. if you've lived on this here eastern shore long enough you know how fast news travels and that was before internet
