I would greatly appreciate a good chili recipe.

A mix of beans, including a little bit of black beans for a good, slightly smoky flavor.

Don't know about a mix of beans, never tried that but I always use pinto beans, never kidney.

You will pry this recipe from my cold, dead hands....but let's just say I can prepare gallons of this treasure over coals at a Ravens tailgate or a pile of sticks in a secluded backwoods campfire...

Use deer meat instead of beef, no grease.
add at least one can of mexicorn.
a little bit of green chilis.
kidney beans.
be sure to brown the deer meat real good.
add plenty of chile powder.
serve with bread and butter.
