You have provided no "facts" other than showing a political speech in front of the Congressional Black Caucus by FNMA. You have NOT shown that the root of this problem is FNMA and Freddie Mac. You haven't, because you can't. You can "ROFLMAO" all you want, but all you right-wing ditto heads have are youtube clips and a lack of understanding of the root causes of this crisis.
In fact, I would argue that SOME of you do know what caused this, but you are willing to LIE about it because it suits you, politically, to do so.
Because if the average voter began to realize what the deregulation policies of Bush/Cheney/McCain have had to play in this (to the tune of TWELVE TRILLION DOLLARS OF QUESTIONABLE DEBT) then I predict a landslide for Obama in November

Why isn't anyone talking about all the middle class who saw their house values skyrocketing ridiculously, and took 2nd mortgages or got reverse mortgages to take advantage of environment and are now screwed? I know a number of them.
There's guilt on all levels...people wanting the American Dream on credit, greedy lenders, and all of us, who were too comfortable and lazy to notice.
The way to solve it is not to stick our heads in the sand domestically, and our asses in everyone else's business around the rest of the world like it's the 20th century. That's all done.

These wealthy have increased their wealth by 700 billion (nice coincidence) since Bush took office. They are now worth 1.7 trillion dollars. 400 people. Out of 300 million.

Maybe I'm making this too simplistic but by your numbers that would make 150 million people have a net worth of $11,333. So if we take the 1.7 trillion from the 400 people and spread it out to the rest of us 150 million people it will double our net worth to about $22,500. And it would leave the 400 people with the same net worth. That sounds like the Democratic platform doesn't it? Redistribute the wealth. You talk about an economic killer, this would do it. How often would we have to redistribute the wealth or is there some other mechanism to make sure we all stay equal?
This is another lie to blame to mess on poor people.
Since they typically don't vote, that makes them an easy target.
