I got a deal of the day! I went to shore stop today and got gas for 2.49 a gallon. I have receipts to prove it! The sign outside the store said 3.59. Im thinking they made a mistake when putting in the new price.
Anonymous 8:49pm - You didn't get a deal, you stole gas. Have you every heard of telling the merchant that you think there is a mistake. Bet if you owned a business you would like someone to tell you. Do the right thing!!! You might have found that he would have just let you go with the 2.49 in appreciation of telling him.
Next time you fill up at with Maryland gas, track your mileage. I drive my car generally the same way each week, back and fourth from Delmar to Georgetown. I filled up at Sams and got 26.5 miles a gallon. I filled up at WAWA in Delmar and got 22 miles a gallon. I did this twice because I didn't believe the difference. Seems as though the ethonol in the Delaware gas does not give you as good gas mileage as the Maryland gas. Try It!!
