Maybe someone in law enforcement can answer this for me:When juveniles are picked up for serious crimes like selling dope or stealing cars is there ANY follow-up by social services?I see these kids are released to guardians and I am just curious to know if anyone ever looks into their home situation.Normal kids in normal families usually arent boosting cars and cutting up rocks of crack before they are old enough to vote.Sending them to JA is a temporary fix-they eventually get out and go home to the same dysfunctional criminal minded homes.
