OK, so I'm sitting in my Office and look up and here's this car trying to make an illegal U-Turn crossing a double yellow line, for starters. It was an 8 point turn, therefore the people trying to use that street had to wait quite some time before this Idiot was able to complete their illegal move. No, they didn't have PA Tags either. I'm pretty sure they were Maryland Tags. Oh well, whomever you are, YOU'VE BEEN BLOGGED!

What a shame this vehicle didn't accidently back through your window
and run the hell over you. He would have been a hero. If the SPD was around like they were in that picture, I am sure they would not have seen a thing. LOL
