This was a comment that just came in on the 300 W. Main Street Post I put up earlier.
Nope, my door is wide open. Just remember, you are walking into MY home. You know what they say about that when it comes to defense, right? I wonder if this persons name rhymes with Lordy?

I know on my blog I can track by IP address. So even though you make an anonymous comment, you can be found out.
I would be careful of making idle threats, it might land you in jail!

it could just be a supporter making a joke about others that are hostile towards you. just a possibility

God only knows why Joe does this, and why he hasn't gone postal so far. Having said that, there are crazy people all over the place, hence the expression "postal".
I know that the anonymity of posting here is a double edged sword. It's a powerful tool, a means to express your self and your positions on issues. There must be some kind of filter between saying extreme things and having them posted. That filter is Joe. Unfortunately the other edge of the sword is that evil people and otherwise weirdos know that they can say what they want, insulting or threatening, without fear of repercussions.
I hope that there is a way to track a comment, and if it involves threats, those people should be held accountable. No matter where she's mayor or what they're chief of.
