Full body plastic surgery! For me, my husband, and my daughter.
Theres a few things that I just haven't liked and given the money and the technology I would be right there!
All of this after the property is paid off and college funds are established.

I would buy a fire boat
I'd move the hell out of Salisbury, FAR, FAR AWAY.
I would give it all to the mayor to spend as she and her administration of "experts" see fit.
