Salisbury Police Department Press Release

On July 2, 2008 at approximately 6:46 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department arrested the below listed suspect for an assault that occurred on June 22, 2008. On that date, Salisbury Police responded to the Shore Stop Store on Eastern Shore Drive in reference to an assault with a knife. Upon arrival the officers met with the victim who advised that the below listed suspect, who was known to the victim, had cut the victim on the arm with a “boxcutter” type knife. The victim advised the officers that the assault was the result of an argument between both subjects over a monetary debt.

ARRESTED: William (nmn) Hendricks, 47 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
First degree assault
Second degree assault
Reckless Endangerment

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC# 200800023170
