Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 24 May 2008
Location: 36000 Block of Woodyard Road, Willards, MD
Suspects: Michael Scott Stalnaker
Narrative: On 24 May 2008. deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 36000 block of Woodyard Road in Willards MD for a reported domestic. Upon arrival, the deputies discovered that Stalnaker had allegedly assaulted another subject inside the residence. At the conclusion of the investigation, Stalnaker was arrested for second degree assault.
Stalnaker was transported to the Central Booking Unit at the Wicomico County Detention Center where he was processed and charged with the Assault. After an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner, Stalnaker was held on $10,000.00 bond in the Wicomico County Detention Center.

Well...Gracious..my hometown has been busy with tradgedy this weekend. How terrible for the local families who have suffered a great loss. I hope they can pull together during this time of need.
...domestic assault, huh? That's really lovely...Aren't we working hard to improve the "backwoods redneck" mentality Willards is generally saddled with..!
