Someone In The Know Writes In.......
"Well as someone who works the streets of Salisbury I can tell you that the gang and drug problem in Salisbury is much worse then anyone will ever tell you. There are two big problems: 1. The city and SPD admin wont admit that there is a problem. 2. The gang mentality, (no snitching). Without help from the cowards on scene this crime may not get solved. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US!!"

You should speak with Dan daugherty with the WCSD. He knows about the gangs in Salisbury and you would be shocked to hear what is going on in our fair city. Also, if you have kids, NEVER let them hang out at the mall. There is apparently gang activity there.
just check out a silver 4 door caddy occupied by 4 males with plenty of jewelry adornment; the driver opens the rear door for the "leader" with a stop snitching or else t-shirt. I'm not posting the tag but I observed this car on two occasions this weekend. I and the tag must remain anon currently.
