I understand some phone calls have been received by residents of Village of Tony Tank Creek that the money has been returned. It has been said that the Board is meeting to find the right words to write a letter. The Board thinks the residents are a bunch of stupit fools, that they cannot see thru their bluffs.

I am not a stupid fool. I just happen to live in the Village of Tony Tank Creek and I already have SEEN through their BLUFFS! Its apparent that the board was at fault for not keeping better track of the funds that the so called treasurer "stole" from the community. Next question - what are their plans for the guy who stole the money? He still lives in the neighborhood.
