If you have nothing to do this weekend and you have money left over from Pork in the Park and the Salisbury Festival, take the $3.50 per gallon ride to Ocean City and look through the never ending repeat trinkets you find every year, year after year. Woo Hoo, what fun too. I hate to say this but my guess would be that this year will be the biggest flop they've ever experienced and it will also show a sign of what to expect business/visitor wise for the summer season.

I totally agree, Joe. I hate to go, but this place can usually get me a good mother's day gift. My mother loves garden/yard/porch outdoors-y stuff so it's great for mother's day gifts....but it's hardly worth the fight and frustration if you try to drive over the bridge and find a parking spot. Springfest is good for people looking for free outside entertainment, expensive warm beer and people-watching. I would rather waste my gas on Assateague with the husband, kids and dogs.

Now why would you say that Joe? Actually Emerson Drive is a really good country band, and you can't be 3 Dog Night. I think they are better acts then what was at the Salisbury Fest and Pork in the Park.
Joe, many hotels already sold out. But, I agree will prove an interesting gage for the summer. I hope you follow up.
3 dog night? another one hit wonder that keeps living in the past because they lack creativity to write new material and changing with the times. the has beens that never were.

Yes I agree , I went to this last year the crafts are way to high . So if they where high last year will be high this year . I understand the city charge them big time for there booths . And the food omg why to high . I only loved the free enterainment they had . So I will save my gas and stay home and sun my self . I am sure it will be a flop .Hope you can let us know how it turn out for them Joe
If 3 dog night are so good why don't they do a show at Wicomico's Civic Center while in the area. They might draw a crowd of a couple hundred.....
I'll take a never heard of musician with high energy and fresh creativity anyday. Listening to 3 dog night is like wearing a toupe', what was just isn't now. You have fun though OK!
