Am I understanding citizens were intimidated by being sworn in? What in god's name is going on down there these days?
Wow, sounds like a barn-burner--Barrie, Louise, Shanie and Gary got what they deserve tonight. Who the heck does that Louise woman think she is--swearing in everyone. Send all of these wannabees packing--Debbie and Terry are the only intelligent leaders we have.

I heard it will be on PAC 14! When find out the times it is worth seeing. If you couldn't make it to the meeting, you have to see it when it gets televised.

(Barrie) got a good taste of what her "attitude survey" would reveal. What a crock. Barrie is toast. Stick a fork in her--she is done!!!! Unfortunately she has left a bonafied mess for whoever her successor is. Great to see her and 3/5 of the council get their comeuppance tonite! Also Paul Wilbur. Way overdue.

Since when do public hearings allowing citizen input require being sworn under oath? Could we start requiring that for city council meetings when Barrie, Pam, John, and Paul speak as well? Nothing but intimidation to prevent people from speaking. What are you going to do Barrie, sue someone for asking a question? You FREAK.
Wait until you see the citizens of this city rip them up one side and down the other with the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God.
I'm proud of the citizens that got up there and spoke. That Sharon woman gave them all what for, it was fabulous.
I agree nalagirl, the mess left behind worries me more than the messes we know about. I can see another double digit tax increase next year. Let's hope we get to see next years budget before the next election.
In the parking lot afterwards I asked Shanie "What are trying to do run me over the county or state line? So I could commute to my job 5 days a week and not have to pay a cent for services here?" I need not say it was like talking to a brick.

Let's continue the Citizens Taking Back Their City mode--show up at meetings and NOT BE INTIMIDATED by the likes of Barrie and Louise. We must keep this moving in our direction--Barrie cannot stop us!
Like it or not, Joe Albero is the reason Barrie knows her intimidation tactics won't work any longer. She knows it will be put up on the blog for all to see. Those that don't see it, will hear about it. Barrie will never admit she is afraid of Joe's blog and the info he'll continue to expose.
Fear no more citizens of Salisbury, she can't get all of us.
Our numbers continue to grow. Stand up, be heard.
