So this is her argument for needing all this money? Why did she wait until now to begin asking for these repairs? She's been Mayor for 10 years and this is just now an issue? C'mon Barrie...

She has known this and waits now to speak about it? What did she do with all the money that was in the sewer/water fund?
Don't let BS Barrie convince you all of this falls on the city. The town of Frankford had water and sewer installed via grant funding from USDA. Dagsboro did the same. Cambridge did the same. Don't let her make everyone think it all has to fall on the backs of the local taxpayers.
Why doesn't she use her influence to benefit the city? Louis Luna is appointed to head of USDA by Bush. He's a local, let him help. Oh, maybe he knows Barrie will divert the funding to something else like she did with the bond money for the lift station. Exactly where was that funding diverted to? Anyone know?
