Wait a minute - I think the saying: "Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime" applies to this photo. Haven't we learned that throwing money at a problem is not a solution. Maybe John McCain believers should think about that and realize $20 is only a band-aid on the problem, maybe a real person would teach the man a trade or help him find a job is he capable of doing!
