Bob Eaton, City Solicitor
Brenda Cox, Filed recall petition
Stuart Leer, Didn't support the mayor in her first bid for election
Sharon Lloyd, Supported 4-2 legislation
Carolyn Hall, Campaigned for mayor against BPT
Rachel Polk, Opposed BPT while on council, assaulted by the mayors daughter
Von Siggers, Opposed BPT while on council
Jennifer Albero, Exposure of Salisbury Zoo Animal Deaths, 3 herniated disks in her back on the job. Fired after 18 years of service!
The list goes on. Anyone that can add to this please do. It will be
interesting to see just how many people have suffered at the hands of
Barrie Parsons Tilghman.

How about all the homes of her enemies that her henchman Jerry Lyons broke into? What about the Jaycees and her damanding front spot in the parade? What about the foul mouth when she thinks no one is around? 156 do you see any activity at Buddy's Shell since the recall petition was filed? Do you see Brenda around town? Do you know how many code violations were cited against their business AFTER she filed the recall petition?
Tim Spies in the last election. Her lies cost him the election and saddled us with Gary again. And I would add Debbie and Terry to the list. If no actual damages to them, certainly their reputations.
Barrie Tilghman is a horse's patootie. Even her tone of voice when she is speaking is condescending. Do they still have the "Dale Carnegie" courses?? If so, she is a candidate as a student. Heaven forbid, don't let us get Bubba "you know" Comegys as a candidate. Count the number of times he says "you know" when he is trying to make a statement.
How about Sharon Llyod? What happened to her for standing against 4-2

Well, IMO, if Barrie has made Robert Eaton suffer, more power to her. That sleazebag excuse for a human being deserves all the misery he can heaped upon him.

The Mall Maulers--tarred in the newspaper by Barrie and she privately spoke of them in the most degrading terms. She's a very poor loser!!!!!!! But, the truth is, she is a real loser. Get out of town, Barrie, 'cause we're sick of you. Maybe you can find some other organization to screw up by your mismanangement.
I do believe the mayor has many many enemies, certainly more than you have listed. I agree with Bob Caldwell's statement at last nights meeting and said before by others. Why is it council attendee's who ask questions, never get a direct answer? That's certainly not the American way to run an open meeting! And I seriously doubt that the City Charter says that is the way to handle honest questions from constituants! Are you listening Louise?

Reply to A. Goetz--In most cases, not only are the questions not answered at the meetings at which they are asked, but they are NEVER answered. This is why Joe and others have to come back time and time again and ask the same questions. And this goes for people I know who have asked questions and for information privately under the Freedom of Information Act. Many times the responses are late or none at all, and yet the city administration and others get away with breaking the law. Even Terry and Debbie can't get answers when they need them. Thanks, mare and your puppets, for making it a "demockeracy" in Smallsbarrie!
You will get a letter from Louise if you make a statement of fact. Tell her she is a fraud and a liar. Watch how fast you get a letter in the US Mail.
