You have to wonder if the same construction company that recently built the new Fire Station is the same company that built the Downtown Parking Garage?
On the 3rd floor you can clearly see more structural cracks. Call it whatever you like, this structure is far too young to have such serious problems. Your tax dollars hard at work once again.

On face appearance (not absolutely perfect, to be sure) the construction work appears OK -- this could be a design (architect-engineer) problem. Why not ask who did that service?
did you talk to anyone to confirm that this is a problem? If it is, it should be reported on to help educate the public of a safety or cost issue. But it would be a good idea to talk to an expert in this type of construction before assuming there is a problem.
