The condos across the river have been struggling so badly, they've only sold three units, period! Are we truly supposed to believe, (even though the condos across the river sported the same sign) that 50% of their units are sold before their built? Show me to closing documents and I'll believe it. Till then, B U L L S H ! T!

I was down there Monday and saw SFD extend it's ladder to the 2 or 3rd floor and carry someone out on a stretcher. Those guys did a great job, it was quite a site to see those guys didn't miss a step. No stumbling, no wavering. I'm sure it wasn't easy bringing a stretcher with a full grown man down a ladder.
