Now Look, I'm getting a little sick and tired of traveling around town and seeing each and every restaurant proving there is NO Health Department in the City of Salisbury.

Folks, I have been in the restaurant business and this is NOT how you conduct your business! I have always received a 100% Inspection from each Health Department visit and in Anne Arundel County they do NOT announce they are coming!

This is a clear invitation we are going to start looking like the Bronx in New York and someone is going to start being accused of "lining their pockets with cash" for not putting out violations! I'm sick of this crap and something needs to be done about it. Shut these guys down until they get it right and learn a lesson that you're NOT going to take it any more!

Let me also state this fact to you. The Salisbury Zoo is FAR cleaner than any one of these places serving HUMAN food! Get a freakin grip Idiots and do your jobs! Perhaps I should make it my goal to prove the local Health Department simply sucks at what they do. Would you like me on your backs from here on out?

If these businesses look like this on the outside, imagine what they look like inside!

Chief Webster Is Desperate To Catch The Graffiti Artists

Last night, (just before the City Council Meeting) Chief Webster was once again patrolling the Downtown Plaza area in the hopes he might see something and got for all the glory by snagging these criminals.

Sadly for the Chief, if someone with a criminal background sees a guy in a $700.00 suit and tie confront them and say, "FREEZE," they might just laugh and beat the sh*t out of him thinking he's a wanna be cop! Be careful out there Chief, you have no clue how tough this City actually is. I mean, how would you, right?

On another note. One of these days in the very near future the City Police Officers will snag these people and there will be a Press Conference. Do you think I'll be invited and or allowed? After all, it was this Blog that exposed the graffiti. I broke the majority stories of the year last year as well. The WWTP, The Salisbury Zoo, The Old Mall, what will it take to get their respect?

The Dirty Dozen

As Mike Dunn stated last night, the same old people come into the Council Meetings week after week making the same old complaints, almost accusing us of doing something illegal, but that's your right. Give me a break Mike! You know as well as I know, there's something that stinks like a dead skunk on the road with Sassafras and it's only a matter of time when we'll look back at the archives of the Blogs and expose we were onto something.

This go around they wanted to cover up anything to do with confidentiality documents. In the end, (because Mike knew they were getting VERY bad press on this matter) he went into that defense cry baby mode blaming the whole idea of the confidentiality matter on it being Debbie Campbell's idea in the first place. WRONG Mikey!

Nevertheless, it was shot down and as Mikey proves that Mikey "doesn't like everything" he went on that rampage telling all citizens that he doesn't appreciate them acting as if they're always doing something illegal or with the intent to cover something up.

I'm starting to trust my source more and more referencing their point that Mike Dunn will NOT run again. I personally believe Mikey spent his wad on the Sassafras deal and he's ready to step down, now that he's a millionaire. A word of advise Mikey, I made my millions the HONEST way and NOT off my parents or the taxpayers. Like I said in an earlier post, I hope like heck you do run again because I've got so much more to share and you're one heck of a political target.

Terry Cohen Was All Over The Place Yesterday Formalizing Her Announcement To Run For City Council

Friends, Family & Suppporters filled the foyer of the GOB last night awaiting Terry Cohen and her formal announcement to run for City Council. Not only are we off to a fantastic start for people running for City Council, we're also learning certain others will not be seeking a second term. I say this NOT because I dislike those currently in Office. I say so because the feeling of a nasty cat fight for the next few months will be less of a concern.

I believe you'll see a very clean campaign from both Tim Spies and Terry Cohen but as we saw last night in the City Council Meeting once again, Mike Dunn just can't hold back from attacking those same people who keep coming week after week and say the same things over and over again, but that's their right. I dare you to run again Mikey. I'm personally going to have a BLAST if you do. So many things to expose, so little time left to do so.

Lynn Cathcart Says, No More.

While Mikey Dunn was playing games downstairs waiting for the Media to arrive, Lynn was upstairs waiting to make her announcement that she was not going to run another term.

On another note, I had informed the large crowd awaiting to hear Terry Cohen formally announce she will be running for City Council that I had heard Lynn Cathcart was NOT going to run again. I had also heard Mike Dunn has made the same decision as well but this has not been formalized. Nevertheless, it makes sense. Mike got what he wanted and Mike knows there's a crowd of people that will continue to investigate the legalities of Sassafras for years to come.

Oh well, one down, two to go. I told ALL of you the other day that Monday was going to be a HUGE day for the City of Salisbury and I was right.

For Those Critics Who Questioned If The Salisbury Police Are On The Plaza At Night, Whalla!

Since When Did They Open A Home Depot/Lowes Near The Salisbury Police Station?

For years now I have continued to watch truckloads of construction supplies go into this residential back yard just past the Police Department heading west bound on Rt. 50 on the right hand side. I can see some supplies over a few months but the load keeps getting bigger and bigger and it has been there for years? Call me if you need directions Mr. Stevenson.

What's A Mayor To Do When She Can't Get Her Own Public Works People To Act Like Trash Men?

As I was walking my multiple bags of trash to The Plaza to dump off into the trash cans there I was completely ticked off to see someone else had taken my idea first and packed each and every trash can there.

Now look Folks, if I'm going to give away these secrets, don't take advantage of them! Leave ME some room, will ya? I noticed the noble idea of dumping your ash tray into the planters too. It's no wonder the Public Works Crew spends so many hours working and closing the Plaza daily to keep things watered and clean, NOT!

Recently I've noticed daily thousands of seagulls flying above every day in Downtown Salisbury? I've also noticed a ton of bird poop all over the cars Downtown. It might be a good idea to start using an umbrella while walking about.

Salisbury City Police Are On The Ball

These four Officers in Uniform were on foot patrol throughtout the City yesterday. Determined to catch these thugs, Officers were just waiting for the right moment in time when these graffiti artists would make that fatal mistake and get caught. Thank You!

They're Back!

Just when things started slowing down, they came back again in a big way. The Southern States Dealer by the Draw Bridge next to Rt. 50 was nailed with large slak tags again. There were so many new pieces of graffiti, Blogger wouldn't allow me to post all of them in one post, so I chose what I thought might impact everyone most. No Division seems to be back in a very big way but what makes him so interesting is, the City Police arrested him long ago and he cleaned up everything he had done in the past.

That being said, why on God's Green Earth would he come out of retirement and start slamming the City again with his version of Graffiti? So there may be a copycat graffiti artist out there? Nevertheless, these guys are going "POSTAL."

No Division is using labels from the USPS, (United States Postal Service) and SLAK is marking up Mail Boxes. Are we talking Federal Offense now?

Let's Talk About Vacant Buildings

It's my understanding this building has been sitting empty for more than 3 years on the Plaza. I can see no real advertising to rent it? I see no For Sale sign on it? That being said, how is the Plaza supposed to bounce back if much of what is there is just sitting stagnant? I heard the owner of this building paid $310,000.00 and now wants $750,000.00 for the property, (down from $850,000.00). Pretty nice mark up and look how fast it's selling! What does the City Code say about these buildings just sitting around the City doing nothing? Should they come down like the old mall? Should we have a say in what happens to other people's investments?
