They're Back!

Just when things started slowing down, they came back again in a big way. The Southern States Dealer by the Draw Bridge next to Rt. 50 was nailed with large slak tags again. There were so many new pieces of graffiti, Blogger wouldn't allow me to post all of them in one post, so I chose what I thought might impact everyone most. No Division seems to be back in a very big way but what makes him so interesting is, the City Police arrested him long ago and he cleaned up everything he had done in the past.

That being said, why on God's Green Earth would he come out of retirement and start slamming the City again with his version of Graffiti? So there may be a copycat graffiti artist out there? Nevertheless, these guys are going "POSTAL."

No Division is using labels from the USPS, (United States Postal Service) and SLAK is marking up Mail Boxes. Are we talking Federal Offense now?

O'Really?
I had already provided you some information about No Division in my comment to "It Looks Like No Division Is Back!". He is not your every day tagger. He has the makings of a career vandal and certainly has done his homework. He knows much about the graffiti culture and it's celebrities. Quite unusual for the locals kiddies.

According to my sources (although I have never confirmed it) the authorities could not give a name of No Division to the Daily Times when they tried quite hard to hunt him down back in November 2006. The reason? He had never been charged for any crime! . I don't even know if he was actually arrested. I'd think that his name would have at least made the "Police & Fire Reports" section of The Times (not that I read it). The authorities certainly had some kind of contact with him though, since he did arrange to paint over SOME of his tags at the mall.
