Those of us that have followed you and this blog over the years, Joe, are witnessing a side of you on this matter that we have rarely, if ever, seen.
Most of us do understand that if you are a businessman you have to 'play nice' with the Powers That Be to get things done, especially in a small town.
We'll all be looking forward to hearing the REAL story from you once this is all behind us.
In the meantime (as you say) we applaud your restraint!
All restaurants, both indoor and outdoor, should be open 100%. Lets stop going along with the charade that this virus is as deadly as it is. There’s barely a difference in death rates from 2019 to 2020. We have all been played.

He announced the opening because that's the correct thing to do. I would bet my last dime that those who are jealous of his success are making it impossible to open with out severe conquencies - withdrawal of liquor license - yes😡. It's not a health issue 9:52, it's a control issue. If the county takes his license, which by the way is illegal, he will be done. Waiting two more weeks or more is the smart thing to do. The loss will be much less than fighting authorities for months or possibly years to get his license back. Let the big fish test the waters first.
I don’t believe any of these draconian orders will hold up in court. Open up. We never closed, but are given a pass because we sell gasoline. Fast Food is ROLLING because the fast casual are closed.
