I think what’s more shocking than that are the three County Council Representatives that argued, and voted, to ignored County Charter rules that require a written authorization from a County Council confirmed County Finance Director had to accompany the $75,000 transfer of funds for the HVAC system in the old county courthouse. Apparently, the County Charter isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on and those three believe they can do “Whatever” without consequences. BHAAA BHAAA HAAA HAAA. What a bunch of fools.
Short and sweet , Barbara Duncan needs to go to jail asap , Dykes should be fired also . I've said it before , females in leadership positions have failed especially in law and enforcement. So sad and we had 5 running for president of this country.

I’m shocked by the actions of McCain, Acle and Hastings. What idiots. And sitting directly in front of them is the Wicomico County State’s Attorney and deputy State’s Attorney quoting the importance to follow the rules of law and McCain, Acle and Hasting argue, and voted, in known, direct noncompliance with the Wicomico Council Charter. Which, by the way, they swore an oath to uphold.

Seems one of the bigger problems is why the "memo" was buried since 2011, I think we have the right to know who is responsible for it being buried. I think SPD should be held fully responsible for all cost incurred from their neglect.

Let me present some figures as well. Within the first 2 minutes of States Attorney Jamie Dykes speaking she says, "Ummmmm" 20 times. That is an "Ummmmm" every 6 seconds. By the time she has reached the 6:30 point she has said "Ummmmm" a total of 55 times. The lawyers for those involved in these cases are going to tear her to shreds.

Someone should have the network news in to cover the Dykes public hearing. She highlights how many cases have been prosecuted all while Day and Duncan tell us there is not a crime problem.
She admits it is very difficult to attract legal talent given the area, all while Day touts the area as one of the most desirable fifty fastest growing areas in the country
I know for a fact Duncan has been informed of other "irregularities" in her command. Sopeanae all her records, if she hasn't destroyed them.
Ain’t that the truth. 800+ serious crimes (murder, rape, attempted murder and rape) yet to be prosecuted and 30,000+ lesser crimes yet to be prosecuted?!? WTH is going on in Salisbury and Wicomico County that results in that many criminal acts?!?. The first video should be mandatory watching for every resident of Salisbury and Wicomico County. An absolute embarrassment and shameful. A bunch of backwards bumpkins running our local governments.

If they refuse then Wicomico should sue them for that money. the residents of the county should not have to pay for this.
