Florida's Governor Ron Desantis announced that he will require coronavirus testing of all air travelers arriving in his state from the New York City region after a 'huge amount' of people, who were given stay at home orders, began showing up in his state.
Desantis, speaking at a news conference on Monday in Sumter County, noted that there are more than 190 direct flights from New York's airports, which includes Newark Liberty across the river in New Jersey.
He also speculated that 'every flight has someone on it that is positive for COVID-19.'

A similar thing is happening in Delaware.
Orders are not merely suggestions.
They are running to FLORIDA ? BAD MOVE. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ELDERLY.
Keep them HOME & OFF of DelMarVa too > Don't infect us either !!!
who's gonna enforce it? no one! those folks from NY and NJ are just gonna bring it with them to florida. and with the number or older retirees down there. spells trouble. shoulda banned all flights outta ny/nj.
I with you. Spells trouble. As if isn't already a pain to have New Yorks invade Florida. They won't stay long - won't be able to stand the heat.
And South Beach is OFF Limits !!!!!
Let’s take our virus laden asses to Florida where the oldest population and most vulnerable live. That’s the epitome of the New York lifestyle, all about me! Floridians beware!
