Ivanka Trump's women's initiative unveils $27 million in new grants

A White House initiative led by Ivanka Trump announced Wednesday its first slate of grants worth $27 million to economically benefit women in the developing world.

Trump said the money from the Women’s Global Development and Prosperity Initiative (WGDP) would be complemented by $160 million from hundreds of nongovernmental organizations and private sector companies to buoy the initiative's efforts.

The money will go to 14 projects in 22 countries, which Trump said would benefit 100,000 women.

“We’re very, very excited about the private sector and NGO community coming alongside of us to amplify and accelerate our work,” she said at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition Discussion on Women's Economic Empowerment.

The reason so many liberals hate her is because they're jealous. She's smart, she's professional and she's smoking-hot. And her voice- holy cow!

6:03 on the contrary, while I do not hate her I do not think she is remotely qualified for her position. Her public speaking is painful and world leaders do not take her seriously because she got the job through her name - as all Trumps do.
