On December 9, 2016, five masked individuals, two of whom were armed with handguns, entered the Bank of Delmarva on Eastern Shore Drive in Salisbury, Maryland. Mr. Holley and another individual both brandished handguns. The suspects ordered all five bank employees to the ground at gun point and bound three bank tellers with zip ties. The suspects took over $11,000 in cash from the bank, as well as the personal property of the bank employees. The majority of personal items and all the stolen money were recovered through the investigative efforts of the police.
Wicomico County State’s Attorney Jamie Dykes commended Detective Jason Caputo and other members of the Salisbury Police Department for their work in the investigation and prosecution of this. Mrs. Dykes also thanked Assistant State’s Attorney Jared Monteiro who prosecuted this case.

Now wait a minute, he is actually good at something and has FINALLY been rewarded for it!
This should be a lesson learned for our court system that it doesn't take long to master the craft of being a criminal and rewarding this type of occupation should be sooner rather than 11+ years!
