From the beginning it was a set up to find dirt on Trump campaign insiders and if possible to topple Donald Trump’s presidential aspirations.
Before and after the 2016 election. And while this operation had many moving parts and alternating players, the mission to unseat Trump never changed. And it remains ongoing.
Paul Manafort was wiretapped. Cater Page was wiretapped. Donald Trump Jr. was wiretapped. Jared Kushner was wiretapped. Gen. Michael Flynn was wiretapped. And likely there were others.
And none of it was very legal.
In fact, most of it was very illegal, according to federal law enforcement sources who are blowing the whistle on a sweeping scheme to undermine the Executive branch and the electorate’s choice for president of the United States.
And according to high ranking FBI sources, the Bureau played a definitive role in plotting this sweeping privacy breach. But the FBI had much help from the NSA, CIA, the Office of of the Director of National Intelligence, Treasury financial crimes division under DHS, and the Justice Department, federal law enforcement sources confirmed.

Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) praised President Barack Obama for putting together a campaign database that "will have information about everything on every individual."
“And that database will have information about everything on every individual in ways that it’s never been done before,” Waters told “Washington Watch” host Roland, referring to Obama’s “Organizing for America,” which was changed from a campaign organization to a 501(c)(4) called Organizing for Action.
“I don’t know, and I think some people are missing something here,” Waters said.

Why is this any different than asking for who is on the voter list???????? Is that not a security threat beings he probably took it with him when he left office.
There is not doubt in my mind he did quite a few ILLEGAL acts before he left office with his helpers.
The same people who put this "database" together are the same ones blackmailing Congressman.
"Everything on everybody" means that the NSA was listening to every Congressman for years without them knowing about it. "We, the people" would STILL not know about it if it wasn't for that patriot hero who told us (and had to run for his life from the CIA for doing it).

Probably explains a LOT of congressional decisions.
