Wouldn't it be nice if someone would get out and scrub those white marble steps now and be proud of where they live and what they have.
If you look at photos 12, 15, 17,19 and 20 notice how clean and litter free the houses and areas are. Like 7:42 AM stated above, when was the last time the white marble steps were cleaned. People who work hard to own property are far more likely to maintain what they worked hard to acquire.
That's because nothing came in wrappers and bottles.
