It turns out, you probably shouldn't admit to malicious destruction of property, even at an 'Antifa' rally
A North Carolina Central University student found herself in handcuffs late Tuesday, after she admitted at an "anti-fascist" rally in front of the Durham, North Carolina, county courthouse, that she ws the one who tossed a rope over a monument to conscripted Confederate soldiers and pulled it down.
Takiyah Fatima Thompson was shocked - shocked - when officers arrested her and booked her on charges of felony participation in a riot with property damage, and felony incitement of a riot. She had been leading a press conference on the courthouse steps to call for amnesty for those who did the "public service" of removing the monument.
A video, posted earlier on Tuesday, clearly shows Thompson leaning a ladder up against the statue and throwing a rope over its neck. She then enlists the help of fellow protesters to yank the statue down, eventually collapsing it onto the ground. The statue, which honored soldiers of the Confederate Army during the Civil War, has stood in Durham's public square since 1924.

I hated hearing this all the time when Obama was president but it really makes sense now. I can hear him saying "if I had a daughter". Nothing would've happened to this lady if a Democrat was president.

No kidding she is shocked. Those people are inherently of the criminal mind. They can't help themselves from being criminals, thugs and murderers. It is in their DNA. Proof is in their own neighborhoods. They kill each other constantly and without any repercussions from their own people who obviously approve themselves of the criminals. Now watch. Of course she is shocked. They usually burn and loot and destroy property with impunity and nothing ever happens to them. Heck, they cut the water hose lines the fire fighters were using to try to put out a fire they had started. I don't recall seeing where any of them were locked up. Actually that is not true. I do seem to recall that the guy that cut the fire hose was actually charged and I think they ordered him to pay restitution. It seems to me it was a CVS store that burned down. Like he is going to pay that. Probably didn't have a job to start with.
Hope vandalism is included in the charges.

Char Selby and Julie Brewington posted all over their Facebook pages about white racists and that is exactly what is hurting white America. Dumb white people like those two.
Just look at the pictures of the people carrying the Tiki Lanterns and then look at the anti-protesters. The white people carrying the lanterns were normal people there to support their heritage. They are normal hard working Americans and America turned on them calling them white nationalists and racists. You people are idiots.
I saw a video with four of those flags and google pics and noticed they were carefully cropped out.
A few thoughts...
She was charged with inciting a riot. Yet the police, at the scene, made no moves to stop, halt, or disperse the crowd. Why? Because there was no violence. None. So, when did it become a riot? And if it was a riot, didn't the police officers on hand have a duty to disperse the crowd?
Think for a second about the statues you are championing and why. What do they represent to you? Because so far, they have been military leaders of an armed insurrection against the United States of America whose government formed for the purpose of keeping slavery legal. (Seriously, people, read The Corner-Stone Speech by CSA Alexander Stephens).
These statues aren't history. Most were erected decades, if not a century after the Civil War ended.
They're not history, they're propaganda.
