A Viewer Writes: Seen in Ocean City, MD

We saw this guy driving down Coastal Highway holding the box spring onto the roof with his hand from the drivers side.

Since it is in the picture...see the no walking across the middle of the road sign. Easy to see sign, enforceable when LEOs are around.

To me, that's money well spent - rather than some darn WALL they want to build in the medians. Last I recall, the WALL will cost a million.

With OC scrambling for $$$$ to just balance the budget, signs seem to be the better alternative at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And they call it a family resort? This is outrageous!!

And we wonder why our court system is filled up with bs lawsuits... because people do stupid crap like this, not thinking they're legally responsible if something goes wrong. Dumb. Just plain out stupid.

No freaking way!!!! This needs go viral!!! I have NEVER seen anything like this before. Seriously now.... This is an every day occurrence, everywhere in the country. (And look close, it is tied down) why was this worth anyone's time to photograph, send to a blog, and then publish? Crap, I just wasted my time commenting... It is a trap!

8:40, Thanks for the comment and the laugh this morning. I know, right?

We get some of the craziest things sent into us, some we publish, some we don't.

In this case, I'm sure the person who sent this in saw that the mattress/box spring was shifting around while driving, hence their arms and hand out the window supporting it from falling off, like that's going to stop it.

Have a great weekend.
