Those are parking authority city workers. They have nothing to do with the police dept.
It's because there afraid to do the job I've seen it myself 4 cops pull one guy over just for a ticket you would think the guy was wanted for murder fruitland cops are the worst about it 3 cops 20 min to write a ticket they don't go in the hood were the drug dealers hang out at just ride down church street all out on the corner cops don't do shit about it

Last year she was passing them out in the rain, after a week of rain, to people for grass. Middle of winter and got a spot of mold on the side of your house? Out comes the citation. Got the moving van pulled up to the door? Can't do that! No parking in the front yard, sorry you gotta lug that sofa to the street to load it!

Its all about wasting you money to show the govt doesn't have money so they can then say see look, no money we need more, so raise taxes we go, and the circle continues... They do this is PA with the PPA, they have 2 or 3 people riding around doing just this...
Since when did the city form a separate department to just wFite parking tickets? If so what a waste of money for a downtown area of that size!
No worries. Soon there will be no parking downtown because it will be a section 8 utopia.

The weapon doesn't give them courage, just another tool for the job. They are not afraid, nor are they afraid to do the job. They know the consequences in today's climate with liberal leaders not backing them and people like you criticizing them.
