There's a couple of the most corrupt people to ever lead Salisbury (Webster & Tilghman).
Tilghman and Webster were liars and abused the power of office. Mike Dunn was more of the same. I think we'll see him try to return.
I've had both of them lie to my face in one-on-one conversations.
He lives pretty good for a guy on a cops pension.
Add Ricky P and you have the complete corruption group.
