I watched it. I believe it.

Here's the problem.
This makes sense to you, and it makes sense to me. And if even if you find it wrong, or the premises wrong, you can argue against it.

But the crazy radical feminists have outright rejected reason and logic altogether. They believe that reasoning itself is "the patriarchy" and not to be listened to. Seriously. What to do with people like that? Coming up with new and better arguments is a waste of time.

I disagree based on experience. I see it every day. Women and their experience are often minimized as justification to pay less.

If you didn't get an education or training, that's on you. Whining about the bad breaks isn't going to undo those breaks. Only working toward a goal, really working, has any possibility of taking you where you want to go.

Also, men make career choices on the premise that they will never get pregnant, but will most probably have to be a breadwinner for a wife who chooses to be a stay at home mother (An astoundingly good thing, btw) and women make their career choices on exactly the same reasoning, also astoundingly good reasoning.
One of these pays more than the other because it is more valuable to the CEO.

I am a 65 year old male. I worked in a manufacturing plant for years. Most employees were classified the same about 80%. We all got the same pay male and females, however the females always got the easier work even though we were paid the same. Just because men are stronger than women we always got the harder jobs because we were men. But you know we never cried about it because we were discriminated against for being men. We just did our job for the pay we got.

i agree and i'm a female....1:20 you see it all the time???? maybe you just work around some lazy women, as i have in the past. But i've also seen many hard working women succeed due to their hard work. You get out, what you put in. Don't like what you see with your job, then isn't it time to find another job? There is nothing holding you there. Go where you can succeed if you don't think that you can where you are! Stop whining and do something about it, we all create our own destinies of employment/careers.

There already is equal pay for women and men doing the same job. Trouble is most of the women get the pay but don't do the work. Agree with 7:27 the women always get the easier work but the same pay. if you want to be equal then do the fricking job ladies.
