(KUTV) A Roy, Utah, couple was taken into police custody Sunday night on felony child abuse charges following an investigation regarding their foster children.
Police responded to a child neglect complaint made through the Division of Child and Family Services on March 23.
The parents had tied three boys between the ages of 7 and 11 to the bed using zip-ties, police said. The parents would lock them in a bedroom and not allow them water after 2 p.m. and would duct-tape the children's mouths and hands, authorities say.
Police reported the parents also locked the boys in their room, which had no light bulb. The window was painted black and screwed shut, investigators added.

I don't like twisting what the bible says, however, do unto others as they do unto you. Poor children. Hope their next home is truly wonderful.
Looks like molly.
Slaughter them like the hogs that they are.
Eye for an eye...
25 to life with no time off should be about right.
Those poor babies... cant even begin to imagine the emotional n mental pain and hurt they are going thru
Amen!
Hay, quite bitching, you don't know how rotten these kids were, maybe they deserved a little harsh treatment to straighten them out! It is called "Tough Love", and it works!
Shoot 'em Lizzzz
What the Hell is wrong with the System???
How did these inhumane people ever get
approved by the "Social Service " to foster children????
Horrid, horrid people...and you, too, 7:49. Don't blame the victims.
Cold hearted!
But if you did it to them it would be cruel and unusual punishment. I bet if we started skinning these school shooters alive that s#!+ would stop quick.
Did 749 actually just say that?? You sick and demented SOB.
