They are the one's who give you a smug response when you go to pay court cost for a traffic fine, justified or not. Part of revenue enforcement. I sure she is good at her job!
Completely undeserved. What a rude person.
The city clerk's office has nothing to do with collecting court cost or traffic fine payments. Court costs are collected by the county in the county courthouse, where the court and its associated offices are located. If you were in the city clerk's office to pay a court fine or fee, you were in the wrong place, as in being on the wrong floor of the wrong building.
Mrs. Nichols is absolutely deserving of this award. Hers is not an easy job. Good work, Kim!
