Convicted Murderer Charles Simms Has a New Trial Monday, March 27th
Charles Simms, who killed his wife, Darlene Simms, on 5/6/80, and who was convicted of murder on 8/12/80, by a Wicomico County Circuit Court jury, is being retried on Monday, the 27th., in Salisbury; thanks to the Red Robes in Annapolis.

WTH. This was a cold bloodied murder. Why in the world would he be retried? I remember well the day he killed Darlene. What is the Red Robes??
Why is he being retried . I thought you be tried twice for murder?
