I hope this piece of garbage gets prosecuted as an adult and gets the death penalty. If not, I hope he gets hard time in prison to think about his actions!! Feel very sorry for the teachers family and friends. What a waste of a life of a good person who had her entire life before her. Can only imagine all the good she could have done in the future but this animal took that away from her!

Roper v. Simmons, (2005), was a decision in which the US Supreme Court held that it is unconstitutional to impose capital punishment for crimes committed while under the age of 18-so death penalty was automatically off the table.
Also the PA governor suspended the death penalty there last year not that it mattered. PA has only carried out the penalty 3x's since 1976, the last time being in 1999. You can murder with impunity nearly everywhere in this country.

What's going on in Lancaster? We've seen too many of the scum of the city come to Ocean City to rob, steal and sell drugs.
