Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, is linking "instigation" by President Obama and other politicians to the shooting of Dallas police officers.
In a statement released Friday after the shooting that left five offers dead and seven wounded, Williams blames the "spread of information and constant instigation" by both Obama and "other prominent" leaders on the increased violence.
This, he says, has "contributed to the modern day hostility we are witnessing between the police and those they serve."

He will go down, ironically, as the most divisive president in history, despite his alleged community organization skills, for which he won the Nobel Prize.
