Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby will face a slew of new counts, including malicious prosecution and false arrest in a lawsuit brought by two Baltimore cops, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
Sgt. Alicia White and Officer William Porter, two officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray, filed suit May 2 against Mosby and Maj. Sam Cogen of the Baltimore Sheriff’s office for defamation and invasion of privacy. The suit alleges Mosby and Cogen knew the charges were trumped up, but filed them anyway to quell the riots that had ravaged the city.

That's what our government is supposed to be about. Resisting tyranny got us this nation, and our Constitution was put in place to ensure that tyranny in our government would be met and extinguished whenever and from wherever it appeared.

Irresponsible and waste of Baltimore taxpayer 💵 She shouldn't be an attorney much less a prosecutor. Good appointments wasted on the wrong people. Seems to be a trend now. Incompetence rules.

They got the settlement because Freddie died, which of these Balt. cops have died?

Freddie Gray died because of the actions of Freddie Gray and his family didn't deserve a dime in fact they should been charged for raising a thug.
Clearly evident, Ms. Mosley shouldn't be practicing law, just an incompetent wanna-be that got appointed to a position for which she clearly is not qualified for. So the Freddie Gray family got awarded $5 million or so for wrongful death, so far the prosecutor's haven't proven anything, maybe the Gray family should return the money, yea right....

we may never know what truly happened in the back of that van. But someone thought it would be better to settle out of court than go through the process.
