The case developed a few years back when the social worker, Angelica Lopez-Heagy, came to the new mom’s hospital room and announced she was investigating.
When the mom wanted to know the allegations, Lopez-Heagy refused to answer, and when the mom said she couldn’t answer without knowing what was happening, the social worker called police and took custody of the newborn.
A judge returned custody to the parents within a day, but officials with the Home School Legal Defense Association have been fighting for the parents’ rights since then because of the egregious nature of the constitutional violations.

So what's the problem? I read the article and see no reason why they confiscated the baby? I'm sure we'll see a lot more of this as the New World Order unfolds before our very eyes kiss your freedom goodbye.
There is no doubt the social worker is a democrat and knows or cares anything about the constitution . In their mind they can do anything they want and it is all right because they are right, nobody can tell them anything they show their pompus ass and really believe that are right.
This should be very interesting.

Liberals think they know how to raise your children better than you do so now they take them from your homes and put them in school at 4 yrs old or sooner. And Hillary supports this crap.
