Since Cruz is a foreigner he would not understand Americans' right to protect ourselves against a tyrannical government. Panzy Canadiens do not hold such rights as necessary.
Unless you're the government of course. Then you have the right to do whatever the hell you want and we're all supposed to just bend over and take it.
