As a business owner, it's good to see item #2 on page three, the inventory tax phase out. Both the city of Salisbury and Wicomico County have an inventory tax....which is essentially a triple taxation of goods.
The business owner pays inventory tax at year end to the City and County, and then, when that good is sold to the customer, the third layer of tax is imposed when the sales tax is assessed.
It's a small start in relieving the tax burden.
