Parents Sought Who had Children Attend Handy’s Little Disciples Daycare - Millsboro

Millsboro, De - The Delaware State Police Homicide Unit detectives are continuing the investigation into the death of a ten month old infant that occurred at a Millsboro daycare.

Valorie Handy, 51 of Millsboro, was indicted on Monday, July 27, 2015, on one charge of Murder by Abuse or Neglect 1st Degree in the death of the baby who was in her care at the daycare in January 2015. The death of the child has been ruled a homicide. The investigation by the homicide unit detectives is ongoing.

The Attorney General’s Office working with the Delaware State Police Homicide Unit would like to speak with the parents or guardians of any children who have ever attended this day care.
