Millsboro - The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Roger W. Mussardof Millsboro who was last seen around 5:00 a.m., Thursday January 7, 2016 at his residence located in the 32000 block of Spring Water Drive, Long Neck Shores Development.
Roger is a white male, 65 years of age, 5'10” tall, 180 lbs., brown hair and green eyes.
Troopers have been unable to make contact with Roger to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare. He may be operating an orange 2015 Honda CRV with Delaware registration, 92742
