The average time on market was 4.5 months compared to 3.8 months for home sales in the Salisbury MD area last December.

We sold our home in Eastfields/Fland md in May 2015, beautiful home ..we took a Loss of $ 100,000 grand ! I'm Now across the bridge have a $430,000 on an acre with I ground pool , 2 garages, six bedrooms, and three full baths .i say this because my taxes are just under $3600 , the home has 3550 sq ft.. Our former home in fruit land was 2230 sq.ft and taxes over the $3600 I pay up her. Feedback county is beautiful, and by the way I'm on public water 145 a quarter . Plus we have less than hours drive to watch the Nationals or drive to Bmore to catch an Os game and eat in Litlle Italy !! Ah Ain't God Great
