Oh well. No loss whatsoever. Not only a low life thief but someone to stupid to understand why there are laws against riding dirt bikes in traffic. God's culling the herd of uselessness.
I don't see the point of an investigation. Waste of resources.
Good. Another thug Obama voter gone. This will save taxpayers in the long run.
More Obama thugs .
Don't forget say it all together now BLACK LIVES MATTER !!!!!!!!!! Quit wasting my hard earned tax dollars and a thieving thug. Van driver must have been white.
"Van driver must have been white."
Don't know for certain but this is doubtful. This would be N Patterson Park Ave and E Biddle-deep in the heart of the ghetto. More abandoned row homes than occupied. Whole blocks abandoned. Only businesses are liquor stores.
Contrary to what comes to mind when people think of Baltimore, these areas have little traffic due to most residents not owning cars and the danger it would pose to outsiders.
With that in mind, whites don't even go to these areas to buy illegal drugs due to sticking out like a sore thumb to the police. That and the fact you are more likely to be rolled and your money stolen if you attempt to buy drugs.
