Delmar man charged in Georgetown stabbing

A 25-year-old Delmar man faces charges after police say he stabbed a 19-year-old victim several times during a June 7 fight.

Alejandro Vargas-Perez fought with a 17-year-old victim at about 1:40 p.m. at a home in the 400 block of North Bedford St., said Lt. Lawrence Grose of the Georgetown Police Department.

Grose said a 19-year-old victim was trying to break up the fight when Perez allegedly stabbed him several times.

The 19-year-old was taken to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Perez fled the scene prior to police arriving on the scene, Grose said.

The only way the won't return is to send em off in a box. Illegally entering should be considered terroristic and punishable by death.
