Publicity stunts like this are so deceiving. How much is PNC charging the average Joe in Wicomico for banking services and fees? It is way more than the puny $5,000 and they are getting free publicity to boot. How stupid do they think we are...
They still screw the customer every chance they get. Fee's and prepayment penalties are the norm. They love to make themselves try to look community minded then bend you over. Local banks are the way to go!
