Joe, can you call somebody at Public works to put another barrel on top of this one? After 2 years, it’s getting shorter and shorter!

Last year around Thanksgiving they placed barricades between the sidewalk and road over the top of a storm drain that was caving in on Westchester St. The barricades are still there and this is a residential area.
That's how we fix roads here. Just like the "Rough Road" signs behind Sam's club. I usually drive in the grass around that section of road, as the dirt is smoother than the patched pot holes. And when will Orange Barrel City on south B13 get worked on? I'd drive on the sidewalk area through there, but it's just as bad as the road!
I think I'll just sit back and rent orange barrels for a living...
